1. Cancellation & Refund
All deposit payments are Non-Refundable. Below are your options for cancellations:-
(a) Find a replacement participant for the paid trip and your deposit will be transferred over to them.
(b) Switch to a different date/package as per ‘2. Change of Trip’ conditions.
2. Change of Trip / Reschedule
Should it still be within the stated grace period: A change of trip date/package after securing your slot, can be arranged with a change fee of RM50/per pax.
*Your current slot cannot be put on hold for any trips unannounced or in the coming year.
**Subject to slot availability of selected trip.
***Failure to find a replacement/switch to a different trip before the cut off date stated will result in your deposit being forfeited.
3. Additional Cost
The organiser is not responsible for any additional cost incurred due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, flight delay, etc.)
4. Auto Release
Should we fail to receive your balance payment as per cut off date stated above without any reasonable response given to our sales representative’s reminder, the booking will be automatically released for general sale.
