1 – Almost no physical difficulties. Most of the trail is even and clear with very few obstacles.
2 – Moderate physical exertion applicable. Doable for beginner hikers.
3 – Some sustained physical effort required. Uneven terrain requiring use of hands. Suitable for beginners with more assistance of guides. Would be tiring.
4 – Medium physical effort required. Uneven terrain requiring use of hands. Doable for beginners-moderate hikers with assistance but would be very tiring.
5 – High physical exertion. Very rugged terrain. Both legs and hands required for certain sections of the climb. You would need prior experience in hiking to be able to complete it comfortably or physically fit. Intense hike.
Cliff Jumping

2 – At least one cliff jump spot. Low in height.
3 – At least one cliff jump spot. May be high.
4 – Multiple cliff jump spots with different range of heights.
5 – Multiple cliff jump spots across more than 1 Day.
Leisure vs. Adventure

1 – Suitable for a relaxing break. You don’t have to worry about doing anything physically demanding unless you want to.
2 – Some easy physical activities included. No physical preparation is required to make the most of the journey.
3 – This trip may raise your heart rate. Moderate physical activities are included and a good level of fitness is required.
4 – Be prepared for some serious physical activity. The fitter you are, the more you’ll enjoy it comfortably, as most activities will be challenging.
5 – Get ready for a heart-pumping adventure with plenty of challenges and some extreme conditions. You are required to be seriously fit for this trip as difficult activities and potentially less rest are included.
